This Department Manager position supports the smooth operation of a RONA store and its department. You will organize schedules, supervise replenishment, complete merchandising, and manage promotional activities based on sales and company initiatives. You will also address issues and assist with recruiting staff.
Key Responsibilities: Determine schedules while complying with labour budgets
Supervise replenishment processes across assigned department areas
Carry out merchandising according to Store Manager directions

Requirements: Five years of experience managing personnel
Previous retail business management experience
