Insight Global seeks an Accessibility Auditor for a 10-month contract with a large banking client. You will support digital teams through accessibility testing across customer sites and digital assets. The work requires knowledge of WCAG, AODA, regulations, and testing practices.
Key Responsibilities: Manually test customer sites for accessibility issues
Apply WCAG 2.1 A-AA testing criteria
Use NVDA, JAWS, keyboards, and browser magnification
Log accessibility issues with recommended solutions
Support digital teams alongside accessibility experts
Requirements: Three to five years accessibility QA testing experience
Robust knowledge of AODA and WCAG standards
Experience testing Web and digital assets manually
Experience with Deque Axe, Auditor, and Accessibility Insights
Accessibility certification such as WAS, CPACC, or Trusted Tester
Bring accessibility QA, assistive technology, and WCAG testing expertise to customer-facing digital work for a Toronto banking client.
