Key Responsibilities: Complete assigned repair tasks efficiently and accurately
Perform additional service recommendations under dealership standards
Advise Service Advisors when repairs exceed estimates




Track punch times accurately throughout each job
Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace
Requirements: Automotive repair and diagnostic experience in a shop
Robust mechanical aptitude and vehicle systems understanding
Ability to interpret repair orders and technical bulletins
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Effective communication and customer service skills
