Within Canadian Operations, this Business Data Analyst supports the Operational Business Intelligence team. You will explore, model, analyze, and visualize data while working with business partners. Your insights, recommendations, and audience-focused stories will enable data-informed action.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze data to identify trends, correlations, anomalies, and insights
Craft narratives supporting business partner decision-making and outcomes
Consult partners and recommend improvements based on uncovered insights
Design reports and visualizations for operations leaders
Maintain metrics, governance, documentation,



testing, and visualization standards
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
Two to three years of analytics technology experience
SQL or another data querying and manipulation language
Tableau or another business intelligence development tool
Statistical analysis, communication, and storytelling skills
