As part of the Consulting team, you assist with recruitment mandates from candidate sourcing through post-hire follow-up. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you assess competencies, availability, and interest while coordinating clients, candidates, interviews, and verifications. Accurate data management remains central.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in recruitment cycles for assigned mandates
Assess candidate competencies, availability, and interest
Coordinate reference checks and required verifications
Prepare candidates for selection process stages




Document outreach, records, statistics, and recruitment reports
Requirements: Relevant university degree, with bachelor’s degree minimum
Two to four years recruitment or HR support experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Technology, sourcing platform, and ATS proficiency
Ability to protect confidential personal information
Apply assessment, coordination, and information-management strengths to create qualified experiences for candidates and clients.
