Business Analyst - Non-Technical (Contract)

Contract Duration: November 17, 2026 to March 31, 2027

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Pay Rate (T4): Up to $55/hour + 4% vacation pay

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst - Non-Technical to join a team in Calgary on a contract basis. In this role, you will maintain vendor relationships for non-IT projects and fill organizational roles above an administrative level but below a management level. You may also help maintain project management processes, including goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. You will report to a project manager or director.

Key Responsibilities

Support SCM systems and applications, including investigating and resolving business process and system issues

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): develop test scenarios, coordinate testing, track defects, and validate requirements

Analyze business data and system information to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities





Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams on system enhancements and project activities

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or a related field

2-4 years of related experience

Robust business analysis, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and business processes

Experience supporting system testing, enhancements, and process improvements

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other business applications

Assets

Experience with SAP or other enterprise business systems

Exposure to SCM applications, Source-to-Pay processes, or automation

Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
