Key Responsibilities: Provide recruitment consultation, tools, templates, and best-practice guidance
Develop job advertisements and recruitment strategies for high-demand communities
Coordinate interviews using evaluation templates, scoring matrices, and interview guides
Assist with reference checks, background checks, and onboarding resources




Guide accommodations, performance management, and inclusive employment practices
Requirements: Diploma or degree in human resources or related field
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce development
Knowledge of Alberta employment, human rights, and safety legislation
Understanding of confidentiality, privacy legislation, and ethical practice
Explicit Enhanced Police Information Check and travel availability
