Village Farms International seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee biomass conversion into finished goods. You will mentor Production Technicians and contract labour while coordinating milling, blending, and pre-roll assembly. The position supports efficient production, quality standards, safety protocols, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Organize technicians, contract labour, and floor changeovers
Monitor production efficiency, run rates, downtime, and capacity
Complete daily reports and consumption records in ERP
Train staff on SOPs, GMP, and safety procedures
Coach technicians and lead performance reviews
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Two-plus years manufacturing or production experience required
Two-plus years supervising production staff required
Previous ERP database experience
Microsoft Office proficiency and strong communication skills
