CBC/Radio-Canada seeks a Junior Real Estate Transactions Specialist supporting portfolio data, lease milestones, and reporting through hybrid work.
This permanent, full time position supports the Technology & Infrastructure Real Estate Transactions team. You will maintain portfolio data, track lease deadlines, validate financial information, and assist with quarterly management reporting. The role requires autonomy, organization, and bilingual English-French communication while supporting regional offices and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor renewal notices, option windows, expiries, and monthly reminders
Reconcile BGIS statements with real estate portfolio databases
Prepare quarterly indicators and executive management summaries
Maintain transaction trackers, microsites, directories,



and operational databases
Draft lease extensions, renewal correspondence, and briefing documents
Requirements: College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Five years’ commercial lease or real estate operations experience
Advanced Excel, pivot tables, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Database administration, microsite maintenance, and data governance aptitude
Spoken and written English-French bilingualism required
Support CBC/Radio-Canada’s real estate portfolio with lease administration, data analysis, reporting, and bilingual operational coordination.
