As a Flight Coordinator, you will communicate with clients and company personnel while planning charter trips and coordinating flight requirements. Responsibilities include quotes, itineraries, passenger logistics, and monitoring scheduling, crew legality, maintenance, and delays. This role reports to the Manager of Flight Coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to client correspondence and fulfill service expectations
Advise clients and personnel about delays and operating conditions
Monitor scheduling, crew legality, and maintenance-related flight issues




Take corrective action to minimize actual or potential delays
Release flights according to regulations, policy, and requirements
Requirements: Three or more years of customer service experience
Sensitive, tactful, diplomatic, and professional communication style
Robust organization, priority management, and proactive work habits
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools
Flexibility for shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Use aviation customer service, decisive communication, and detailed coordination to support safe, reliable flights for Anderson Air clients.
