Vacancy disclosure: This is an existing vacancy.
We are an established organization looking for a seasoned and hard-working Maintenance Director with supervisory experience.
Responsibilities Complete day-to-day repairs and preventative maintenance.
Inspect building systems, equipment, grounds, and pool; address issues promptly.
Coordinate contractors and oversee maintenance and housekeeping staff.
Keep supplies stocked and maintenance records organized.
Communicate clearly with staff and management about repairs and priorities.
Respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed.
Qualifications At least three years of building maintenance experience.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
A strong work ethic,



attention to detail, and pride in doing the job well.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively.
Good communication skills and the ability to prioritize work independently.
Experience supervising staff or coordinating contractors is an asset.
