Key Responsibilities: Prepare, format, and proofread court reports and legal documents
Liaise with internal staff, legal professionals, and court representatives
Draft client letters and related correspondence
Enter documents into internal systems and insolvency databases
Coordinate priorities and manage workload with management
Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Ability to work independently with careful attention to detail
