Coordinate fleet operations for CCI, using asset records and maintenance planning to keep vehicles safe, available, and ready for work. Some travel is expected.
As Operations Fleet Coordinator, you will lead centralized fleet management across the CCI Group of Companies. You will coordinate with Operations, Finance, HSE, division managers, drivers, and approved vendors. The work covers asset assignments, maintenance, compliance, costs, and vehicle renewal planning.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain centralized records for ownership, service, costs, and lifecycle status
Coordinate inspections, repairs, tires, recalls, warranties, and emergency service
Assess repair estimates, obtain approvals, and verify invoices
Coordinate vendors, rentals, procurement, leases,



and deployment readiness
Prepare cost dashboards, budgets, renewal forecasts, and replacement recommendations
Requirements: High school diploma or GED
Two or more years coordinating fleets, assets, or similar operations
Experience with corporate asset management
Robust communication, organization, and attention to detail
Microsoft Office and ERP systems proficiency, including SAP S4 HANA
Bring fleet coordination, maintenance oversight, cost visibility, and renewal planning expertise to CCI’s centralized operations.
