Arcadis is seeking a Junior Civil Technologist for land development engineering, focused on grading, servicing, and stormwater management design support.
Designed for recent graduates and early-career technologists, this position contributes to multidisciplinary project delivery teams. You will prepare Civil 3D models and construction drawings. Projects may progress from preliminary design through approvals, tendering, construction, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with grading and servicing plan development
Prepare plan and profile drawings and detail sheets
Support stormwater and erosion control design packages
Participate in site visits and field reviews
Escalate conflicts, missing information, and project issues
Requirements: Civil Engineering diploma or Civil Engineering Technology diploma
Up to approximately two years of relevant experience
Understanding of grading, servicing, or stormwater principles
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Apply Civil 3D and civil drawing skills to land development projects while learning municipal engineering workflows with Arcadis.
