Reporting to the Manager, Environmental Affairs, this Specialist supports Morguard and investor clients. The work spans environmental management systems, Phase I and II ESAs, due diligence, audits, and regulatory guidance. It serves office, industrial, retail, and multi-suite residential properties.
Key Responsibilities: Advise stakeholders on environmental matters and day-to-day issues
Manage environmental projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate audits, corrective actions, and regulatory agency communications
Review and finalize technical consultant reports




Develop environmental training and awareness programs
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies or equivalent
Minimum five years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Canadian and US environmental regulations
Project management or real estate management experience
Bilingual English and French communication skills
