Key Responsibilities: Optimize formulations, processes, and product performance
Coordinate technical activities during recipe testing

Ensure CFIA and FDA compliance requirements

Requirements: College diploma or bachelor's degree in related food science
Five years' minimum research and development experience
Hands-on food laboratory and production experience
Knowledge of processing equipment and quality procedures
Experience transferring products to industrial production preferred
