As Jardeg’s Intermediate Recruiter, you will respond to critical talent needs across Corporate, Industrial, Infrastructure, Buildings, and Water. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will serve assigned business areas and recruit professionals ranging from project coordination to senior leadership and executive positions. The work combines trusted partnership, candidate engagement, and consistent lifecycle execution.
Key Responsibilities: Act as Talent Acquisition partner for assigned business areas
Understand talent needs with HR Advisory and business leaders
Deliver consistent candidate and hiring-manager experiences




Develop targeted pipelines for high-volume recurring recruitment needs
Refine strategies using talent-market knowledge and sourcing data
Requirements: Minimum five years recruiting within construction or supporting partners
Experience across skilled levels and multiple disciplines
Demonstrated passive-candidate sourcing and engagement capabilities
Strong process-driven approach throughout recruitment lifecycles
Human Resources degree, diploma, or certificate preferred
Use structured recruitment, market insight, and partnership skills to strengthen Jardeg’s talent access for Graham and affiliates.
