Key Responsibilities: Own technical SEO roadmaps for HVAC client accounts
Improve crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
Set keyword, on-page, and content priorities
Optimize visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
Report through GA4 and Search Console quarterly
Requirements: Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Explicit spoken English for live calls with US clients
HVAC or multi-location SEO experience strongly preferred
