This Finance Manager role requires independent leadership from day one and at least five years of progressive accounting experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Review financial reporting, journal entries, and accruals
Manage accounting staff and allocate work
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, collections, and payments
Coordinate audit support and reporting requirements
Requirements: CPA designation or recognized international equivalent
At least five years of progressive accounting experience
Full-cycle month-end and year-end close experience
Strong Excel and technical accounting knowledge
Current Greater Toronto Area residence and Canadian work authorization
