Manage customer orders, collections, and deductions as a Credit Representative with Lactalis Canada, supporting an assigned accounts receivable portfolio. Work with internal partners and customers to maintain current accounts.
This contract runs from November 2026 through November 2027. The Credit Representative releases orders within terms and credit limits while resolving delayed payments, deductions, and invoicing disputes. The position uses reconciliation, negotiation, analytical, communication, and organizational skills across customer accounts and cross-functional teams. Experience with collections and deductions resolution, web-based accounts receivable applications, and SAP is relevant.
Key Responsibilities: Approve and release customer orders within terms and credit limits
Secure payments on past-due invoices and outstanding accounts
Resolve claims, debits, short payments,



and invalid deductions
Participate in monthly portfolio risk reviews with the Supervisor
Recommend process improvements and end-to-end efficiencies to management
Requirements: At least two years of collections and deductions resolution experience
Experience using web-based accounts receivable applications, preferably SAP
Robust reconciliation, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Accounting skills reconciling accounts receivable sub-ledger to general ledger
Proficiency with Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, and Word
Apply collections, reconciliation, and deductions expertise while supporting Lactalis Canada customer accounts and order releases.
