Process Improvement Opportunities:

Creating an established turnback tracking system in Oracle

Automating the consolidation of final inspection paperwork for Quality Assurance

Creating automated commercial invoice templates which can export directly from Oracle for the logistics team

Creating a method to compare builds of the same type of product for individual line-item costs to learn from a build once complete

Experience with data analysis software (i.e. Excel, Power BI) to track process performance metrics

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making

Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization

Excellent organization and verbal and written communication skills
