The role

You sell Solution Finder subscriptions to aviation software and service providers: ERP, M&E;, CMMS, flight operations, quality, analytics, consulting and more. One platform, the full funnel: visibility, buyer intent signals and qualified matches, guaranteed every year.

Location: 100% remote, open worldwide.

What you get

- 600+ vendors listed on the platform, and your own Agent Workspace to claim and work them
- Training guide, pitch deck, sample buyer shortlist, recorded sales calls and a live demo portal
- A monthly meeting with the founder
- Your own hours. Non-exclusive. Month to month.

What you earn

- $400 USD per referral: you introduce, we close
- 20% of first-year fees when you close the deal yourself, on the plan the vendor pays




- Paid once the vendor's payment is received

What this can look like: the average closed deal pays about $1,600 USD. Close 2 a month and that is about $38,000 USD a year. Close 5 a month and it is about $96,000 USD. Illustrative only, based on our list prices and current vendor mix. Not a guarantee: earnings depend on deals you close.

All amounts in USD. Commission only. No base salary. This is an independent contractor role, not employment.

Who we are looking for

- Sales experience in aviation software, MRO or aviation consulting (3+ years)
- A network across aviation software vendors or airline and MRO operations
- Comfortable prospecting on LinkedIn and running demos
- Independent, organized, self-starting
- A fit for consultants and independent reps who already sell into aviation
