WellCare Insurance Oakville North is continuing to grow, and we are looking to connect with motivated Insurance Producers, RIBO-licensed Brokers, and experienced sales professionals who are interested in building a successful long-term career and book of business.

We are open to speaking with experienced insurance brokers, newly licensed RIBO Brokers, individuals currently completing their RIBO licence, as well as accomplished sales professionals who are interested in entering the insurance industry.

This is a full-time, entrepreneurial insurance sales opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, networking, developing referral relationships, helping clients, and building a business over the long term.

At WellCare Oakville North, Producers have access to a broad selection of personal and commercial insurance markets, supported by experienced leadership, training, technology, operational resources, and tools designed to help them grow.

- RIBO licensed, currently pursuing your RIBO licence, or prepared to complete the licensing process

Experienced Insurance Brokers

We are especially interested in speaking with experienced Brokers and Producers who have:
- A proven track record of generating new business
- An established professional or referral network
- An active prospect pipeline
- Personal Lines or Commercial Lines experience
- Commercial insurance expertise or experience within a specific industry niche
- Experience developing Centres of Influence
- An existing book of business or strong relationships within their community
