Outbound Sales Representative

NUSEN Creative is a boutique music and audio agency providing original music composition, sound design, and audio production for advertising agencies, film production companies, and game studios.

We're looking for a confident, motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is a commission-only position focused primarily on cold calling prospective business clients, introducing our services, qualifying opportunities, and generating current business.

Responsibilities

- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce NUSEN Creative and communicate the value of our services.
- Identify potential clients and qualify sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, producers, and creative teams.
- Generate qualified leads and book sales meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups using our CRM.

What We're Looking For

- Previous cold-calling or outbound sales experience is essential.
- Experience using CRM platforms and maintaining sales pipelines.
- Excellent verbal communication and a clear,



professional speaking voice.
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working independently.
- Results-driven with a strong desire to earn.

Training & Resources

- Full training on our services, sales process, and target markets will be provided.
- All prospect lists, contact information, scripts, and sales materials will be provided.
- CRM and sales tools will be provided to support your work.

Compensation

- Competitive commission structure with strong earning potential.
- Uncapped commissions. Your earnings are directly tied to your results.
- Commission-only position.
