Maintain medium to large-sized buildings through preventive maintenance, repairs, and mechanical and electrical systems support. Work within CBRE’s Engineering and Technical Services function.
As a CBRE Maintenance Senior Technician, you will maintain building systems and equipment. The work includes routine inspections, diagnosing potential problems, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and other systems. You will also support installations, energy management, and compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems
Inspect systems, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs
Assist with equipment installations and system modifications
Assign work orders and estimate repair resources




Support productive operation through energy management
Requirements: Knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience
Ability to work within standardized procedures and practices
Ability to meet objectives and repair deadlines
Ability to exchange information and ask questions
Ability to model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
