Oversee medical imaging operations across Osler sites with MRI credentials, compliance expertise, and a focus on safe patient-centred care.
As DI Modality Supervisor, you will support Diagnostic Imaging managers and lead a team delivering excellent care. The position combines operational administration, quality control, staff education, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement. Success requires collaboration across departments, sound judgment, and the ability to lead proficiently across sites.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure staff follow licensing, hospital, clinical, and modality requirements
Support mandatory learning, secure-working practices, and radiation and MRI safety
Plan activities advancing modality goals and objectives
Document incidents and coordinate appropriate corrective actions




Contribute to imaging practice and patient-care improvement initiatives
Requirements: Recognized MRI program and contrast injection certification
Five years of recent medical imaging experience required
Registration with Ontario’s medical radiation and imaging technologists college
Understanding of technical procedures, operations, applications, and PACS
Ability to work collaboratively under stressful conditions
Use medical imaging operations knowledge, regulatory awareness, MRI safety, and team leadership to strengthen care delivery at Osler.
