As Mechanical Shop Supervisor / Fleet Manager, you will lead shop operations and supervise mechanics and apprentices. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, mentor, and support mechanics and apprentices
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and field support
Assign repairs, maintenance, and emergency work priorities
Diagnose complex issues across fleet equipment
Maintain service records, tracking systems, and inventory controls
Requirements: Five years’ heavy equipment maintenance experience minimum
Supervisory or service management responsibility
Robust diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
Fleet management software experience
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
