The position combines project scheduling, general purchase order cost tracking, time approvals, and material take-offs. Property and facility management responsibilities are also included.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate construction project schedules and site staging
Track general purchase order costs and approve time
Complete material take-offs and place orders
Manage property and facility requirements
Supervise repairs, forming, finishing, and reinforcement
Requirements: Proven leadership within the construction industry
Required property development and management experience
Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter Certification or higher
Experience training workers in job site safety
Clean drivers abstract
