This development-focused position introduces water chemistry, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and closed-loop systems. Approximately 80% of your time involves client-site service, while 20% supports sample analysis, reporting, and coordination. Senior technicians and technical representatives provide daily guidance, with accountability held by the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine water testing at client sites
Collect samples and complete on-site testing
Execute scheduled service visits professionally




Analyze samples and enter accurate results
Participate in Pace Academy training
Requirements: Interest in water treatment or technical services
Hands-on commercial, industrial, HVAC, or plumbing experience welcomed
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
