The Food and Beverage Manager represents the establishment while maintaining Hilton, TurtleJacks, and Days Hospitality standards. You will oversee restaurant operations, team development, guest satisfaction, financial planning, and service quality. The position supports a respectful workplace and ongoing departmental progression.
Key Responsibilities: Run and improve food and beverage operations
Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and review team members
Resolve guest issues and improve dining experiences
Prepare budgets, forecasts, audits, and corrective actions




Maintain sanitation, ambiance, and British Columbia safety standards
Requirements: Minimum two years management experience in comparable restaurants
Knowledge of computers and restaurant software programs
Provincial Food and Alcohol Service certification
Understanding of budgets, labour, and food costs
Robust communication and cost control skills
Bring restaurant leadership, financial planning, and guest service expertise to DoubleTree West Kelowna and TurtleJacks West Kelowna.
