Key Responsibilities: Process retail and commercial deposit and payment activities
Complete transactions and service requests within established SLAs
Maintain accounts and review operational documentation
Identify discrepancies and investigate operational issues
Respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries
Requirements: Two to three plus years banking operations experience
Experience with deposit, payment, or account servicing operations
Bilingual French and English communication skills
Understanding of banking controls, risk, and regulations
Robust Excel, organization, analytical, and prioritization skills
