Slalom seeks an Inventory and Demand Planning and Accounts Payable Operations specialist. You will manage supplier escalations, resolve invoice exceptions, and support Supply Procure-to-Pay processes. The work involves Oracle or enterprise resource planning systems, distribution centers, internal buyers, and more than ten suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable operations across Supply Procure-to-Pay processes
Resolve pricing, purchase order, receiving, and deduction discrepancies
Collaborate with distribution centers, buyers, and suppliers
Investigate shortage, overage, and damage claims




Support process transformation, governance, and automation recommendations
Requirements: Ability to troubleshoot Oracle or enterprise resource planning systems
Ability to validate supporting documentation for claims
Ability to coordinate supplier and stakeholder dispute resolution
Availability for hybrid work and required onsite expectations
