Drive vendor governance at BMO in Toronto, using analytics and supplier management to oversee North American Retail Payments operations. Monitor performance and resolve issues.
As a Senior Analyst, you will support the Manager, Vendor Management and Operations for an assigned vendor. The work centers on service level agreements, reporting, relationship management, and governance controls. You will analyze business performance data, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain effective operating processes.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor SLA performance, deviations, breaches, and remediation activities
Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports
Maintain BMO vendor meetings, agendas, documentation, and recaps
Facilitate contract amendments and strategic vendor reviews




Keep governance systems current and audit compliant
Requirements: Degree or three to five years of relevant experience
Solid supplier management and relationship management knowledge
Advanced Excel, macros, pivot tables, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Financial, budgeting, invoicing, banking, or payments industry knowledge
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
