Hollyburn Properties seeks a Resident Manager for its 45-unit, nine-floor Shannon Tower in Oakridge. The role supports tenants, manages rentals, maintains the building, and provides relief coverage two days weekly. Regular days off are Sunday and Monday.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Enforce provisions of the Residential Tenancy Act
Supervise security, safety, and emergency response procedures
Manage rentals, tenant paperwork, and reference checks
Oversee maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs
Requirements: Ability to live in office at the property
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Two years of related experience ideally preferred
Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 25–50 pounds
Bring resident service, rental administration, safety oversight, and maintenance capabilities to Hollyburn Properties’ Vancouver community.
