The Associate, KYC Requirements & Outsourcing, helps determine Outreach messaging and mechanisms for Capital Markets customers. You will identify process friction, consider data integrity supporting metrics, and collaborate across AML first and second lines of defence. Vendor management and Treasury and Payment Services experience are assets.
Key Responsibilities: Determine appropriate Outreach messaging and mechanisms
Identify friction within processes owned by other teams
Support data integrity for risk management metrics




Offer outsourced partners appropriate escalation paths
Collaborate across diverse AML stakeholder groups
Requirements: Five or more years of KYC or Customer Outreach experience
Ability to engage senior stakeholders clearly and articulately
Experience managing outsourced vendor arrangements is an asset
Familiarity with Fenergo is an asset
CAMS, CFCS, or equivalent AML certification is an asset
Use outreach, risk management, data integrity, and stakeholder skills to improve KYC processes for BMO Capital Markets.
