In ATB Wealth’s Wealth Advice Centre, you will support recent and existing clients while uncovering needs and sourcing sales opportunities. The work combines mutual fund knowledge, suitability conversations, and financial education. You will build trusting relationships through virtual discovery, communication, and helpful advice.
Key Responsibilities: Support clients through inbound and outbound digital channels
Provide timely investment advice and financial education
Meet or exceed established sales targets
Confirm product suitability during client conversations




Identify improvement opportunities across product offerings
Requirements: Thorough knowledge of wealth management solutions and tools
Understanding of mutual funds and investment accounts
Four years of related wealth management experience preferred
Two-year financial services diploma or bachelor’s degree
Immediate CIRO registration through an accepted pathway
Use virtual communication, regulatory knowledge, and client-focused advice to serve ATB Wealth clients through digital channels.
