As a Customer Success Account Manager at STEMCELL Technologies, you will manage client relationships from initiation through go-live. You will align STEMSOFT capabilities with customer needs, coordinate implementation phases, and build trusted advisor relationships. The work combines client advocacy, training, product adoption, and strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and subject matter experts
Guide clients through STEMSOFT implementation stages toward successful go-live
Coordinate software installation, training, interfaces, and data migration




Deliver end-user training on standard software functionality
Advocate for priorities while generating billable revenue
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and two to six years’ experience, or equivalent
Customer success or support experience
Ability to adapt workflows and educate clients effectively
Advanced communication skills across stakeholder levels
Success identifying expansion opportunities and driving product adoption
Apply customer success, implementation, communication, and training expertise to strengthen STEMSOFT adoption and client relationships.
