Shared Health seeks a Service Worker for its non-clinical operations at Selkirk Mental Health Centre. The work combines housekeeping, cleaning, food preparation, patient interaction, and customer service.



You will prioritize competing deadlines while working independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties in the healthcare workplace
• Prepare food and operate food service equipment safely
• Work with patients at Selkirk Mental Health Centre
• Maintain building inventory when required
• Relieve for the cook when required

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or food handling environments
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and equipment
• Ability to prioritize daily work and competing deadlines
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and stand eight-hour shifts
