Plan and monitor Skyservice flight operations through permits, weather tracking, and aircraft coordination. Hybrid working arrangements are available for this position.Skyservice’s Flight Coordinator works closely with Flight Crew, Maintenance, and Client Account Managers to execute trips across the fleet. You will arrange routes, ground services, customs scheduling, and foreign permits while responding to operational changes. The position supports safety, efficiency, and client service.Key Responsibilities:Obtain landing, overflight, and international handling permitsImplement schedule changes and replacement aircraft arrangementsValidate aircraft and crew positions and MEL statusMonitor flight progress and provide operational informationConduct risk analyses for high-risk destinationsRequirements:Previous business aviation experience is advantageousAbility to make decisions under tight deadlinesHighly adaptable while working under pressureExceptional organizational and multitasking skillsFrench and English bilingualism is an assetCoordinate aircraft, crew, permits, and operational updates while helping Skyservice deliver safe, productive business aviation trips. #J-18808-Ljbffr
