In this Intermediate Analyst role, you will maintain system properties, notifications, forms, lists, users, groups, roles, and access. You will monitor health, identify improvement opportunities, and apply platform standards, technical guardrails, and ServiceNow best practices while escalating specialized needs.
Key Responsibilities: Configure system properties, notifications, forms, lists, and settings
Administer users, groups, roles, access, and licences

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, or automate administration




Collaborate with developers and architects on complex changes
Requirements: Two or more years administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
Strong understanding of ServiceNow access management
Experience maintaining platform functionality and configuration
Ability to recognise development, architecture, or vendor escalation needs
Strong documentation and communication skills
