This co-op supports women pursuing technology careers through practical assignments, mentorship, networking, and career development experiences. Within Global IT, you may contribute to secure AI applications, Python programming, Databricks pipelines, data analysis, architecture repositories, internal tools, or technology lifecycle projects. Work placement depends on interest, skill set, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Develop Python integrations with large language models
Build Databricks data pipelines using Python programming
Analyze data to identify behaviors and patterns




Enhance internal applications and AI-powered tools
Prepare architecture presentations, reports, and project documentation
Requirements: Identify as a woman for Women in Tech eligibility
Pursue an undergraduate degree in a technology field
Demonstrate strong spoken and written communication
Build positive professional relationships and provide client service
Show leadership, curiosity, integrity, and attention to detail
