As a Business Analyst on Stantec’s Business Process Management team, you will report to the Manager, Business Analysis for Employment & Talent Management. You will translate stakeholder needs into system solutions while modeling processes, conducting workshops, and supporting testing and organizational change management.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts
Capture business decisions and detailed requirements
Analyze processes for pain-points, gaps, and improvements
Conduct workshops and refine system solutions




Coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve issues
Requirements: Minimum three years of related experience
Post-secondary degree in Business or Management Information Systems preferred
Strong verbal, written, collaborative, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office
Experience with agile and waterfall development practices
