This Welding Supervisor directs hourly production employees while maintaining department performance and accountability. The position oversees schedules, resources, materials, employee development, safety protocols, and continuous improvement. It requires leadership, communication, organization, and sound judgment across shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead hourly production employees and monitor performance
Administer schedules and allocate departmental resources
Organize materials and coordinate raw material flow
Hire, train, coach,



and evaluate team members
Identify safety risks and investigate incidents
Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience
Five or more years of experience
CWB Certified Welding Supervisor certification
Proven leadership and team motivation experience
Blueprint interpretation and manufacturing process knowledge
Apply welding supervision, production planning, safety oversight, and employee development skills within EFCO’s in office manufacturing operations.
