As Commercial Kitchen + Bar Designer, you will support Earls’ Store Development Project Team across North American current-store and renovation projects. Your work will include layouts, equipment plans, technical drawings, and design packages. You will coordinate MEP requirements, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders while supporting operational performance and culinary vision.
Key Responsibilities: Execute kitchen, bar, and back-of-house design solutions
Develop layouts, equipment plans, and technical documentation
Coordinate MEP requirements with consultants and project teams
Review site conditions, infrastructure, utilities, and logistics




Support installations, commissioning, and deficiency resolution
Requirements: Three-plus years in hospitality or commercial design construction
Building Technology or Interior Design education specializing in kitchens
Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Google Suite, and budget tools
Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical drawings
Knowledge of Canadian and North American Building Codes
Bring detail-oriented design, coordination, and problem-solving skills to Earls Kitchen + Bar’s North American store development projects.
