This temporary, full time Human Resources Advisor reports to the Human Resources Superintendent, Employee Relations. You will protect performance review integrity, support SAP SuccessFactors, and guide managers through coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and career conversations. The position also supports leadership development and workforce capability.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure mid-year and annual performance review compliance
Optimize SAP SuccessFactors performance module data integrity
Train employees and managers on centralized HRIS capabilities




Design learning programs for coaching and conflict resolution
Translate human capital needs into development roadmaps
Requirements: Three or more years of human resources experience
Strong computer systems aptitude and HRIS experience
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence without direct authority
Use performance management, SAP SuccessFactors, facilitation, and coaching expertise to strengthen capability at Copper Mountain Mine.
