As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will own the complete order lifecycle for an assigned retail partnership. You will track orders from placement through delivery while coordinating routing, compliance, co-packers, and strategic partners. Your work connects logistics, sales, and customer service around accurate operational information.
Key Responsibilities: Track orders from placement through delivery
Flag compliance gaps before rejected shipments or chargebacks
Coordinate strategic partner production and shipping schedules
Resolve routing, co-packer, and compliance exceptions
Report order status and operational data
Requirements: Operations, fulfillment, or supply chain experience
Spreadsheet formulas, pivot tables, and data reporting experience
Confidence building relationships with external partners
Organization under pressure and during high-volume periods
Proactive approach to identifying problems early
