Travel is required one week monthly.As a Construction Project Specialist, you will manage scope, schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and commercial performance under the MCM contract. The work spans major and minor construction, services, and site improvement projects. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, site operations, and the client for compliant delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Plan construction work packages from design through closeoutDevelop scopes, tender packages, budgets, and schedulesEvaluate bids and support contract awardsManage contractor performance, changes, risks, and information requestsReport progress, cost, quality,



safety, and environmental complianceRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically 12+ yearsConstruction management experience on large civil or industrial projectsSubcontract administration, procurement, cost control, and scheduling experienceStrong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsValid Class 5 license and ability to lift 25 kilogramsSupport Parsons construction delivery with project controls, procurement, contract management, and coordination at the Faro Mine Complex.
