The Supply Chain Planner balances demand, supply, and production capacity for Bimbo Canada’s bakery network. This position develops production plans, manages short-term alignment, maintains planning data, and supports continuous improvement. Success requires analytical problem-solving, planning systems knowledge, Excel proficiency, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and update optimized daily bake plans
- Run DRP and create transfer orders and deliveries
- Monitor plant performance and adjust production plans




- Manage purchase orders for materials and supplies
- Track supply chain KPIs and recommend corrective actions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in supply chain
- Three to five years’ manufacturing planning experience
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Planning systems experience, including Oracle, SAP, or similar
- Understanding of MRP, MPS, and DRP concepts
