Support operational human resources through HRIS administration and workforce analytics with the City of Victoria. This Monday-to-Friday position may support hybrid work.

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, you will serve assigned client groups within the People and Culture team. The work includes employee lifecycle administration, reporting, job evaluation, classification, records management, and process improvement. You will partner with Human Resources Business Partners, leaders, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide operational HR support to assigned client portfolios
- Administer HR systems, structures, positions, and compensation tables
- Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics metrics
- Support onboarding, leaves, returns, departures, and retirements




- Evaluate positions and maintain classification documentation

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline
- Minimum three years of progressively responsible human resources experience
- Experience administering HRIS, ERP, applicant tracking, and learning systems
- Experience conducting job evaluations and classification processes
- Robust analytical, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
