The Training and Quality Specialist works in Intake Operations Support, reporting to the Manager, Knowledge and Information Management and Training. This position develops staff training, knowledge resources, and a quality assurance program for intake operations. It applies training-cycle management, knowledge management, and client service practices. The work supports information and knowledge needs across staff and client interaction platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct orientation and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
- Develop and deliver training for LAO initiatives and process changes
- Analyze training needs and improve existing programs
- Create manuals,



multimedia aids, and educational content
- Monitor calls and incorporate QA standards into training

Requirements:

- At least two years in LAO frontline certificate program services
- Experience developing and delivering training to adult learners
- Experience managing a full training cycle
- Excellent writing, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of knowledge management and quality assurance programs
